Role Summary: Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and qualify leads.
- Provide accurate project details (pricing, amenities, location).
- Maintain CRM data and track follow-ups.
- Coordinate site visits and assist sales team with leads.
- Support in presentations, proposals, and marketing activities.
- Work with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions.
- Meet monthly targets for lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing role preferred.
