Company Overview We are a growing company in the construction and real estate sector specializing in land sales property development and construction projects We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team As a Senior Marketing Executive you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth You will be responsible for identifying potential clients promoting company projects managing client relationships and closing deals This role requires strong sales expertise marketing knowledge and excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land buildings and construction services Generate leads and convert them into successful sales Handle client inquiries through calls messages and meetings ensuring excellent customer service Effectively close deals and achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Manage and update company presence across social media platforms to attract potential buyers and investors Utilize AI tools and digital marketing techniques to enhance sales campaigns Collaborate with the management team to explore new opportunities and strategies for business growth Maintain strong professional relationships with clients ensuring repeat business and referrals Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar sales marketing role in real estate or construction Strong knowledge of sales strategies client dealings and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads manage pipelines and consistently close deals Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing Knowledge of AI tools for marketing will be an added advantage Highly motivated result-oriented and target-driven Compensation Competitive base salary attractive commission structure Job Type Full-time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Digital marketing 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
