Key Responsibilities Merchandising Merchandising Standards Planograms Ensure all outlets are merchandised according to company standards Implement and maintain planograms for product placement and visibility Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability Key Account Handling Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Negotiate shelf space promotional activities and visibility agreements Ensure timely execution of trade marketing initiatives at key accounts Promoters Training Development Train and guide in-store promoters on product knowledge selling techniques and merchandising standards Monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement Sales Distribution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Expand product availability across assigned territory Identify new sales opportunities and maintain effective coverage of the market Market Intelligence Gather competitor information pricing promotions merchandising Provide feedback to the Sales Manager for strategy adjustments Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution Strong understanding of merchandising and key account management Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to train and motivate promoters Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Key Competencies Sales-driven and target-oriented Strong relationship management skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced FMCG environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 28 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
