Job Title Shift Incharge - Edible Oil Refinery Location Patalganga Department Production Refining Reports To Refinery Manager Plant Head Shift Rotational Morning Evening Night CTC Up to 5 LPA Job Summary The Shift Incharge will be responsible for managing and supervising refinery operations during the assigned shift for edible oils soya palm and sunflower This role ensures that refining processes such as degumming neutralization bleaching and deodorization are executed efficiently safely and in line with quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and control all refinery operations during the shift Monitor process parameters make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and product quality Coordinate operations for different edible oils soya palm sunflower as per production schedules Manage manpower on shift including operators helpers and technicians Ensure strict adherence to SOPs GMP and hygiene practices Conduct shift-wise handovers with accurate documentation and reporting Liaise with QC maintenance and utility teams for uninterrupted plant operations Identify report equipment abnormalities process deviations and potential breakdowns Ensure compliance with safety norms participate in audits and safety meetings Maintain logbooks shift reports downtime records and production data Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost efficiency Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Chemical Mechanical or Food Technology 3-7 years experience in edible oil refining soya palm sunflower Proven experience with DCS PLC-controlled refining systems Key Skills Strong knowledge of refining processes degumming neutralization bleaching deodorization Leadership manpower management Process troubleshooting analytical problem-solving Knowledge of safety quality and environmental compliance Effective communication reporting skills Work Conditions Rotational shifts including nights and weekends Exposure to heat chemicals and noise Mandatory use of PPE Mandate Requirements Experience in edible oil industry is compulsory Marathi language preferred Hands-on knowledge of refining sunflower oil palm oil and soya oil email id resume theactivegroup in cont No (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 38 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
