Qualification - 12th /Diploma/any degree

age - 18 to 29

shift - Day shift ,work from office*

experience - freshers to 6months of experience

Location - Guindy,chennai

salary - upto 15000 + 8000 incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil language.

- Assist customers with queries, product/service information, and issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Fluency in Tamil (spoken & written); basic English/Hindi is a plus.

- Good communication and listening skills.





- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
