Job Title Senior Fashion Designer Location Ragnik Exports Pvt Ltd A4 Infocity Sector-34 Gurgaon Haryana Job Type Full-Time Experience 5 years Industry Fashion Apparel Textile Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team The ideal candidate must hold a degree diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT National Institute of Fashion Technology and possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop You will be responsible for creating innovative collections overseeing design processes and ensuring that our brand s aesthetic and market relevance are maintained Key Responsibilities Develop seasonal collections in line with brand vision market trends and consumer demand Create original designs mood boards sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Conduct market research trend forecasting and fabric sourcing to inspire design ideas Lead the product development process from concept to final production Collaborate with pattern makers merchandisers and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality Review samples provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet design and quality standards Stay updated on industry trends materials and technology to maintain a competitive edge Mentor and guide junior designers and interns as needed Required Qualifications Educational Background Postgraduate Degree Graduate Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing from NIFT mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design preferably in a senior or lead role Software Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential Other Skills Excellent sense of style color and fashion aesthetics Strong understanding of garment construction fabrics and production techniques Excellent communication time management and leadership skills Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
