Position Physiotherapist cum Sales Executive Location KIMS Hospital Trivandrum Work Hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM 6 days week Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Physiotherapist cum Sales Executive to manage the Medshop showroom inside KIMS Hospital Trivandrum The role combines clinical knowledge with retail management and customer engagement to deliver high-quality patient support and achieve business growth Key Responsibilities 1 Clinical Customer Handling Conduct proper physiotherapy-related assessments and provide product recommendations tailored to patient needs Assist customers with product fitting usage guidance and after-sales support Ensure a high standard of customer care and satisfaction 2 Sales Business Development Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Promote Medshop s products to patients caregivers and hospital stakeholders Build strong professional relationships with PMR HOD doctors therapists and other end-users in the PMR department 3 Showroom Management Maintain the showroom in excellent aesthetic and professional condition Manage stock levels ensure timely replenishment and coordinate with the supply chain team Keep product displays updated and customer-friendly 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate sales records stock reports and customer interaction logs Submit timely daily weekly monthly reports to the BDM Ensure compliance with company policies and hospital guidelines Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Physiotherapy mandatory Minimum 1-2 years of experience in physiotherapy and or medical product sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to combine clinical expertise with business acumen Self-motivated proactive and target-driven Good organizational skills with attention to detail Gender-Female Key Competencies Customer-Centric Approach Sales Negotiation Skills Product Knowledge in Rehabilitation Mobility Aids Relationship Management Showroom Presentation Stock Handling Opportunity to work in a reputed hospital environment with strong exposure to PMR and rehabilitation specialists Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
