Job Summary The EV Sales Executive promotes and sells electric vehicles ensuring an excellent customer buying experience This role involves understanding customer needs providing detailed information on EVs and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service Engage customers understand their needs and provide detailed information on EV models features pricing and financing Conduct test drives and demonstrate EV functionalities Follow up with prospective customers and address their questions Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest EV technologies and industry developments Educate customers on the benefits of electric vehicles Sales Process Management Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale Prepare sales contracts and collaborate with the finance department for financing options Manage the vehicle delivery process Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships Address post-sale issues and provide ongoing support Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions Performance and Reporting Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership goals Prepare regular sales activity reports Qualifications Experience in automotive sales preferably in electric vehicles Strong knowledge of EVs and excellent communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver s license High school diploma bachelor s degree is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Sales 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
