We are seeking a highly professional and articulate individual to join our Investor Relations team in a voice process role. The role involves direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
- Provide information about the company’s financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
- Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
- Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.




- Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
- Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably

in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.

- Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):





- Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
- Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance.
- Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
