Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR located in Kochi. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees,



maintaining employee records, and handling employee relations. The role also includes overseeing performance management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and facilitating training and development programs. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in Recruitment, Recruitment Processes, and Candidate Sourcing skills
- Onboarding, New Employee Orientation, and Employee Relations skills
- Performance Management, Employee Records Maintenance, and Compliance with Labor Regulations skills
- Training and Development Facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and team members
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
