This role is for Finance and Accounts Manager - Taxation who will manage taxation and compliance functions including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Provident Fund (PF), and ESIC. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accountancy principles, preparation of MIS reports, and relevant statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing GST compliance including timely filing of returns and payments
2. Handling TDS compliances, deductions, and filings
3. Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns and computations
4. Ensuring compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) regulations
5. Preparing MIS reports related to taxation and accounts
6. Liaising with auditors and tax authorities for statutory audits and assessments
7. Managing statutory payments and reconciliations to avoid penalties
8. Maintaining accurate records of tax documents and reports
9. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth tax-related processing and compliance
10. Staying updated on latest taxation laws and regulations impacting the organization
Requirements
1. CA/ICWA qualification preferred
2. Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in taxation roles
3. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI
4. Good knowledge of accountancy principles and MIS report preparation
5. High Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
6. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
