Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and digitally-aware Client Servicing Executive with a strong grip on social media platforms, trends, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a digital/creative agency, be confident in managing client relationships, and be able to drive the execution of digital campaigns – especially across social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams (social media, design, content, strategy, Performance marketing & SEO ).
- Understand social media briefs and convert them into actionable plans and timelines.
- Manage and monitor the execution of social media calendars, campaigns, and assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, captions, reels, videos, and monthly plans to clients.
- Prepare and share performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social trends, formats (reels, carousels, stories), and platform changes (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, and brainstorms with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team on paid social campaigns when required.
- Handle feedback and client expectations with clarity and professionalism
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing at a digital or social media agency.
- Solid understanding of all major social media platforms – especially Meta (FB/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Familiarity with content formats, trends, influencers, hashtags, and campaign planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and basic project tracking tools.
Bonus Points for:
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar.
- Experience managing social campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.
- Experience with basic analytics or reporting tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn analytics).
