Mandatory Skill: S4HANA implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) during implementations.
- Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments.
- Provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
- Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and business accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
