Key Requirements

- Candidate with excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or call handling preferred.
- Proactive, empathetic,



and capable of handling users with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure.
