Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and partner initiatives. This role is a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities
- Program Management & Delivery: Define program objectives, create detailed specifications and project plans, and maintain project trackers. Assist cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality programs.
- Performance Analysis: Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, including ROI analysis.
- Partner and Customer Collaboration: Create and manage partner programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, and assist in gathering and organizing feedback from partners and customers.
- Marketing & Industry Knowledge: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation). Maintain and build databases,
and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Prepare competitor battle cards and partner summaries when required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in project or program management.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure. You should also have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are a must.
