? Customer Helpline & Product Support Specialist

Location : Noida

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Requirement : 2

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to our BFSI products and Digital Journeys . This role blends customer service excellence with product development support, requiring technical aptitude and strong coordination skills.

? Key Responsibilities

? Customer Support & Coordination

- Handle customer helpline queries related to Products
- Coordinate lead management & pre-sales support
- Ensure smooth customer journeys & timely follow-ups




- Collaborate with internal teams & external partners for quick issue resolution

? Product Development Support

- Analyze user journeys to identify friction points & improvements
- Provide customer insights to shape product roadmap
- Collect & synthesize user feedback for validation
- Present findings & recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between customers & product teams

? Required Qualifications

?️ Technical & Product Skills

- Basic understanding of tech & product development
- Solid analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Figma, wireframing & prototyping
- Attention to detail & data-driven decision making

? Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong stakeholder coordination abilities
- Self-motivated; works independently & in teams

? Experience Requirements

- Experience assisting customers in pre-sales journey
- Background in customer service or support roles
- Exposure to customer success/journey closure activities (preferred)

? Preferred Qualifications

- Product management or UX/UI experience (internships/projects welcome)




- Knowledge of user research methods & customer feedback analysis
- BFSI/fintech background is a plus
- Basic web/mobile tech knowledge & design principles
- Familiarity with product analytics & digital journey mapping
