Key Responsibilities

- Administration: Handle day-to-day admin tasks, assist founders/senior management, and maintain business records.
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire kitchen, packing, and front-office staff; build a hiring pipeline for future needs.
- Staff Management: Track attendance, leaves, punctuality, and absenteeism.
- Performance Management: Conduct annual appraisals, define KPIs, and evaluate staff performance.
- Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.), manage documentation, and support audits.
- Employee Engagement: Run on-boarding, engagement programs,



and maintain HR policies/manuals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin and staff recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Skilled in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
