Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD module (sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing).
- Manage master data related to customers, materials,
and conditions.
- Set up pricing procedures, output determination, and credit management.
- Support integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, WM).
- Handle SD-related issues and provide day-to-day support to users.
- Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom enhancements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Train end-users and create training materials as needed.
- Experience with S/4HANA SD.
