Role Details:

- Job Title: Senior Motion Designer
- Reports To: Art Director
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Malad (Mindspace), Mumbai – Onsite

Work Description:

Create impactful motion graphics and animations that bring the brand’s stories to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motion Graphics & Video Design:





- Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Create animations for explainers, product showcases, and promotional content.
- Develop transitions, typography animations, and graphic elements to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion design into larger projects.

2. Graphic Design:

- Use strong graphic design skills to create layouts, illustrations, and supporting assets.
- Ensure that all static and motion outputs align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support the creative team with high-quality static assets when required.

3. Brand Storytelling & Consistency:

- Convert brand guidelines into dynamic motion assets.
- Maintain consistency in all animations and graphics with the organisation’s voice and identity.
- Simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals.

4. Creative Development:

- Conceptualise ideas, storyboards, and style frames.
- Explore new animation techniques and visual effects to keep content fresh.

5. Quality Control (QC):

- Ensure all motion outputs meet the highest standards of quality, timing,



and design.
- Conduct checks on resolution, frame rates, and formats to ensure compatibility for publishing across multiple platforms.
- Optimise animations for performance across devices and platforms.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with creative, marketing, copy and external teams to meet deadlines.
- Provide clear updates and solutions for creative challenges.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

- Strong graphic design expertise with an eye for typography, layout, and composition.

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Knowledge of Cinema4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a bonus.)

- Valuable understanding of design principles, colour theory, and visual storytelling.





- Knowledge of video formats, rendering, and compression for different digital platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bonus: Experience in 3D animation, product visualisation, or 3D motion graphics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends in video content.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
