SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant (Secunderabad)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant with expertise in In-House Cash (IHC) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and a strong ability to deliver solutions that align with business and finance requirements.

Start: December

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Workload: 8 hours per day

Location: Remote, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation projects.
- Design, configure, and support Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO) processes via In-House Cash.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams,



and IT professionals to understand requirements and propose practical solutions.
- Communicate complex SAP solutions in a explicit and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional issues, providing solution-oriented guidance.
- Work effectively within large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Support tight project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- End-to-end SAP FSCM – In-House Cash implementation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Payments on Behalf Of (POBO) and Collections on Behalf Of (COBO).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic, flexible, and result-driven environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.

Preferred Skills:





- Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
- Exposure to global financial processes and multi-country implementations.
