The Role

We’re hiring a Head – International (Americas/EMEA/APAC) to lead global expansion. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role where you’ll own market entry, localization, partnerships, and creator/KOL networks across key international markets.



You’ll ensure Horocosmo’s offerings resonate deeply with local audiences while scaling globally.

What You’ll Do

- Lead international go-to-market strategies across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Identify and launch in high-potential regions with tailored playbooks.
- Build partnerships with creators, influencers, and KOLs in local markets.
- Oversee content/product localization (languages, culture, compliance).
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, SEO, and Content teams for seamless global rollout.
- Develop scalable international expansion models for future markets.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 8–10 years in international expansion, localization, or creator partnerships.
- Proven success launching consumer tech/D2C products globally.
- Cross-cultural fluency, with experience working across time zones and regulatory landscapes.
- Strong execution ability: GTM, partnerships, and creator/influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in wellness, spirituality, or culturally nuanced categories.




- Multilingual skills or experience in multilingual markets.
- Startup or high-growth workplace experience.

KPIs You’ll Own

- Speed and success of market launches.
- Number and quality of local creator/KOL partnerships.
- Engagement with localized content and features.
- Organic user acquisition & retention in international regions.
