Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive with strong financial acumen and proven expertise in managing end-to-end finance operations within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, compliance,



and reporting, while ensuring effective cost management and supporting business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall finance and accounts function including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits, financial reporting, and statutory filings.
- Monitor and control cost structures and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for management review.
- Support business expansion initiatives, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
- Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred).




- 5 years of progressive experience in finance & accounts, with at least 2-3 years in the food services / hospitality / FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
