Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement passenger support services.
- Develop and maintain expertise in passenger support service domains, including operations and customer service.
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of passenger support service principles and practices.
- Experience working in the IT Service & Consulting industry, preferably in a similar role.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
