Job Role: Inbound Officer Kotak 811

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West

Department: Customer Service / Sales

Employment Type: Full time

Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank's Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide information regarding Kotak 811 products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate cross-selling of banking products.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry (BFSI preferred).
- Freshers: Not eligible.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Age: 18 to 32 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Employment Gap:



No gaps exceeding 6 months will be considered.

Job Details:

- Salary: Up to 3,50,000 CTC (based on interview performance).
- Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational).
- Week Offs:
- 4 rotational week offs per month (initially).
- 6 week offs per month after 6 months of confirmation.
