• Review and process prior authorization requests for medical treatments and services.
• Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Who Can Apply?
• AR Caller Prior Authorization: 1 year of experience in healthcare AR calling.




• Senior AR Caller Prior Authorization: Minimum 2+ years of experience in AR calling with expertise in claim resolution.
• Solid understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet performance targets.
