Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of IT products & applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points, explore competitive offerings, and propose effective solutions.
- Gather and document requirements (SOW, BRD, FRD, Change Requests,
Flowcharts).
- Design wireframes, solution blueprints, and mock-ups.
- Perform workflow & gap analysis, UAT support, and QA oversight.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams using tools like JIRA.
- Track project progress, maintain issue logs, meeting notes, and project updates.
- Create training materials, user manuals, and job aids for clients.
- Support product enhancement by collaborating across sales, support, R&D;, and engineering.
- Build long-term, sustainable client relationships with CXOs and business executives.
Preferred Skills
- Robust requirement gathering & documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation & storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic SQL/analytics exposure (advantage).
- Knowledge of Agile (Kanban/Scrum) methodologies.
- Experience with Product & Project Management Tools (JIRA or equivalent).
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and openness to learn.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst experience (preferably in IT Products & Business Applications).
- Experience working on large-scale projects and day-to-day business requests.
- Bachelors degree (Post-Graduation preferred).
- Agile certification is an added advantage.
