Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Continuity Management Systems
1.1 Follow-up and publish the revised BCM Policy
1.2 Updating BCM Manual based on review findings
1.3 Coordinating with Regions to complete BIA
1.4 Critical Vendor Assessment
1.5 BCP, CRA, ERP and Notification Documentation of HO and Regions
1.6 Test Plans and Test Reports follow-up with Regions

2. Implementation of BCMS

2.1 Coordination with Regional Coordinators for BCP of Regions
2.2 Coordination with Management Services Department for
implementation
2.3 Updating ORMS application with changes and testing them.
2.4 Visiting Branches / Regions based on BCM incidents

3. ISO 22301:2019

3.1 Document Checking




3.2 Coordinating with Regions
3.3 Follow-up for NCs Closures
3.4 Support in Internal and External Audits

4. BCP Testing of HO Departments
4.1 Organizing BCP Testing of Investment, Finance and Actuarial
Department
4.2 Ensuring adequate facilities available at BCP Room
4.3 Updating BCP Room Guidelines
4.4 Table Top Exercise

5. Monitoring of Identified Major Risks related to BCMS
5.1 Preparing MIS on Major Risks identified related to BCMS
5.2 Consolidating ORMS reports and assign actionable to regions
5.3 Follow-up of Actionable on Major Risks

6. Internal Controls
6.1 Consolidating of BCM Check list and ISO 22301 Internal Audit reports
6.2 Follow-up with Regions for closure of observations

7. Awareness
7.1 Preparation of Risk Snippets to circulate to all employees fortnightly
7.2 Coordinating on Risk Awareness Day Program
7.3 Administration of Risk Awareness Day activities
7.4 Collating BCM Star Campaign results for Regions

8. Other Administrative Tasks
8.1 Logistics arrangements for Training Programs
8.2 Vendor Bills Settlements




8.3 Identifying Vendors
8.4 Notes Preparations for approval

Critical competencies :
ISO 22301 Certifications;
Preferably in BFSIs
Experience in Handling Regulatory Requirements of Business Continuity like IRDAI Mandated Investment BCP, CBCI/ MBCI from BCI
