About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer with a strong background in WordPress development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performance websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to transform ideas into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow and WordPress.
- Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
- Implement custom animations, interactions,
and dynamic CMS-driven content in Webflow.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design best practices.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, APIs, marketing tools).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and website performance challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 56 years of professional experience in web development.
- Proven expertise in Webflow development (portfolio of live projects required).
- Strong experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom functions).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Hands-on experience with CMS management and custom workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Valuable to Have
- Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie).
- Understanding of Web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
