Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Manage and regularly update lead data on the in-house CRM system
- Nurture leads via structured follow-ups using company-defined processes
- Use WhatsApp marketing tools to engage and convert leads
- Represent Skillstride Academy at colleges, events, seminars, and networking activities across Hyderabad
- Assist in various business development initiatives as per business needs




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the management
