The Impact you will have in this role:

The Strategic Management & Governance family is responsible for serving as a dedicated technology resource for advancing the firm's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technologies. Manages significant programs and projects including strategic change management, current business and product initiatives, process re-engineering,



and all general business management initiatives. The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams. The Senior Business Systems Analyst role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives




- Engage with internal stakeholders in completing needs analysis and defining strategic directions as it pertains to Cloud Solutions
- Drive technical solutions for large features/technically complex features independently.
- Is technically adept on end-to-end system architecture
- Work with producers, engineering, and QA to align on feature sizing and delivery planning
- Ensure engineering team has needed information on endpoints, inputs and outputs
- Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams - Performs validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria
- Determine technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed.
- Identify technical tradeoffs, escalates risks,



and manages mitigation in collaboration with neighbor teams
- Communicate effectively with technology and business teams independently
- Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success.
- Monitor feature performance to find opportunities to address continuous improvement.
- Drive optimization and process improvements between product, design, and development teams
- Stay abreast of new technology capabilities and leverage knowledge in contributing to product solutions. Recommends and plans innovative products and features.
- Work with product managers to scope and prioritize upcoming projects into the roadmap
- Manage a cross-team digital product roadmap

Requirements:

- 6+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products




- Recent experience in building applications for web and/or mobile with knowledge of Application Program Interfaces
- Ability to read and understand programming languages
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
- Prior programming experience a plus
- Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings.
- Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making




- Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
- Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes
- Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Technical knowledge in web and mobile applications preferred

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
