Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Interior Designer located in Palakkad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings, and developing interior design concepts. The role involves selecting furniture,



fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant standards and client requirements. The designer will also collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to bring design projects to life.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
Should know cutting list, working drawing & BOQ
Experience in creating Construction Drawings
Knowledge of Architecture and Construction principles
Familiarity with selecting and managing FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work in office in Palakkad
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
