Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic DesignerType: Full-time (Regular)Number of Positions: 3Location: Faridabad & GurugramEligibility & Experience● Graduate degree in any discipline.● Minimum 3 years’ experience in video editing and graphic design within themedia/creative industry.● Solid command of: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinciResolve.● Ability to work with ready-made templates (e.g., Envato) and customize themcreatively.● A portfolio demonstrating both video and design expertise is required.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing● Visualize, edit, and produce marketing/promotional videos,



short-form content (reels),and event highlights.● Review scripts and raw footage to create compelling narratives.● Add music, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling.● Deliver polished first drafts and final cuts, ensuring logical flow and smoothtransitions.● Stay updated with the latest trends, editing tools, and industry practices.Graphic Design● Conceptualize and design static and motion graphics for social media, web,presentations, newsletters, and campaigns.● Work with layouts, illustrations, typography, and color schemes in line with brandguidelines.● Develop creative assets that align with the school’s brand voice and resonate with thetarget audience.● Retouch and enhance photos for marketing and communication use.Creative Collaboration● Collaborate with production teams, strategists, and school stakeholders to translatebriefs into impactful visuals.● Brainstorm and execute storytelling concepts that communicate the brand story ofManav Rachna effectively.● Review and refine designs/videos,



incorporating feedback while maintaining creativequality.Mentorship & Training● Conduct design and editing workshops/training sessions for school teams as required.Skills & Attributes● Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.● Keen sense of music, rhythm, and audio mastering.● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly.● Excellent collaboration and communication skills.● Cutting-edge thinker with the ability to bring fresh design ideas.
