Job Title: Production Coordinator

Location: Panipat

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate activities

across multiple production departments including Embroidery, Digital Prints, Screen Prints,

and Weaving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow,

maintaining timelines, and preparing detailed computer-based reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate day-to-day production activities across different departments (Embroidery,

Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Weaving).

● Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery.





● Prepare and maintain computerized reports, MIS, and daily production updates.

● Act as a bridge between department heads, ensuring smooth communication and

workflow.

● Identify delays, bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.

● Track raw material usage, wastage, and maintain efficiency reports.

● Ensure quality checks are followed during the production process.

● Support management in planning and process improvements.

Requirements:

● Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Textile/Production/Management).

● Experience: Minimum 3 years in production coordination within textile or related

industry.

● Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.

● Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines.
