Position: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Officer

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with Accounting specialization OR CA Intermediate / equivalent

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Accounts Division.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly GST and TDS payments, filings, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and ensure compliance with

applicable laws.

- Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of books.

- Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory reports to SEBI and stock

exchanges.





- Coordinate and support SEBI/Exchange inspections and respond to compliance

queries.

- Work closely with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth

financial reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial reporting and tax matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance (preferably

in financial services / broking industry).

- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, audit and financial reporting.

- Experience in book finalization and reconciliations.

- Familiarity with SEBI/Exchange compliances will be an added advantage (can be

learned on the job).

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with distinction OR CA Intermediate cleared (preferred).

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel and accounting software.

- Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet strict deadlines.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on knowledge and

experience).
