- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on resolving issues and providing product information.

- Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and product offering.




- Proficiency with customer management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, design, and manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
