Responsibilities:
Client Co-ordination:
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Responsible for assisting new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face-to-face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
Internal Team Co-ordination:
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization to facilitate client requests. Understanding the client’s business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team.
- Get creative, engaging, and professional visuals that reflect the client and their brand from the creative team.
Performance Reporting:
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and current opportunities.
- Monitoring budgets, spends, and revenue and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts.
- Follow up with the clients for timely payments.
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
Knowledge:
- Taking OktoBuzz as a brand and helping in PR.
- Identify new clients and potential business opportunities as well as upselling products and services.
- Keeping track & being updated about the latest trends in the Digital industry and being proactive in updating it to the internal team and executing the same for clients.
Work Experience:
1+ years in Client servicing, strategy, and planning.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in online marketing tools and familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
