Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, handling leads efficiently, and converting them into successful partnerships or funding opportunities.
Prior experience in the NGO sector will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships.
Handle outbound calls to leads shared by the company and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage inbound calls, inquiries, and emails from potential clients, donors, or partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare impactful proposals and presentations.
Contribute to fundraising initiatives, CSR partnerships, and donor engagement.
Achieve and exceed business growth and sustainability targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to handle and convert leads into long-term opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or fundraising.
- NGO/CSR sector experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and community development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
