We are looking for a motivated Student Admission Sales Executive to drive student enrollment and achieve admission targets. The role involves counseling students/parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Counsel students and parents on courses, fee structure, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely admissions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain records in CRM/MIS and prepare regular reports.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and schools.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/admissions/counseling (freshers with good communication may apply).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and organized.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
