Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct content audits to assess gaps, opportunities, and performance.
- Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across web, social media, blogs, email, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content consistency and relevance.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior to guide content creation.
- Define and maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
- Measure content effectiveness through analytics, engagement metrics, and conversion data.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
- Guide writers, designers,
and video editors with clear content briefs and direction.
- Identify opportunities for repurposing and distributing content across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with B2B and/or international markets.
- Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing integration.
- Knowledge of design/video tools to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to repurpose and scale content.
