Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Siddharth Alloys. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proven track record of managing electrical systems in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical machinery and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers/technicians, providing technical guidance when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control panels.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Hands-on expertise in handling PLCs, motors, transformers, and industrial power distribution systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to steel/metal/alloy manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with modern industrial automation systems.
