Key Deliverables
- Provide application support to internal users for enterprise business applications
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to business applications
- Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles to improve support processes
- Communicate common issues and solutions to stakeholders and assist with regression testing
Role Responsibilities
- Work with Service Desk to address user issues and provide application training
- Track and document issues, prioritizing enhancements and defect resolutions
- Collaborate with application system administrators to support higher complexity activities
- Conduct user acceptance testing and contribute to system testing for recent functionalities
