Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and handling the full recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based clients.
- Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and communication skills.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary rates with candidates and close positions within deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Team Leads to meet recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sr. US IT Recruiter (minimum 4 years preferred).
- Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, OPT, and EAD candidates.
- Robust sourcing skills on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with VMS portals.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and job market trends.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
