MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Puducherry)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach target industries.
- Generate and qualify leads, supporting the sales team with high-value business prospects.
- Create impactful marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Manage digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product-specific marketing plans.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Track, analyze,



and report marketing performance and ROI to management.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate client and campaign records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing or business development.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or service-based industries is a strong advantage.

Key Skills

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Robust knowledge of modern sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
