About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative L&D; Technology Specialist with deep expertise in developing and deploying Generative AI-powered solutions to transform learning and development strategies. This role focuses on building scalable AI applications that streamline workflows, enhance user experiences, drive automation, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will combine strong L&D; knowledge—especially in needs analysis,
designing and delivering programs aligned to business outcomes, program management, and ROI reporting—with advanced technology skills to lead AI-driven learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications tailored to L&D; and workforce development programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and L&D; stakeholders to identify learning and performance gaps using data-driven needs analysis.
- Architect scalable, AI-powered learning solutions that automate routine workflows and personalize learning experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative training programs that leverage AI and emerging technologies to meet defined business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and resource management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ROI, using analytics to continuously improve learning strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, technology experts, and business partners to ensure technical and learning alignment.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by advocating for AI-driven tools and technologies across the organization.
- Stay current with generative AI trends and best practices applicable to corporate training and talent development.
- Customize training modules to suit various experience levels and job roles.
- Support learners in certification journeys (AWS/Azure Associate-level).
- Work with SMEs to ensure course content is up to date with current technology trends.
- Use modern training tools and platforms to enable immersive and practice-oriented learning.
- Required Skills
- Generative AI Development: Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI-powered applications and solutions tailored for learning and development.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Strong capability to assess and analyze learning and performance gaps using data-driven approaches.
- Instructional Design & Delivery: Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering innovative training programs aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Program and Project Management: Ability to manage complex L&D; initiatives end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Technology Integration: Hands-on knowledge of AI models, automation tools, and integration of AI technologies within existing learning platforms and workflows.
- Data Analytics and ROI Measurement:
Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to training effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact; experience in reporting ROI to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Strong communication, influencing, and storytelling skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Creative and strategic thinker able to translate business challenges into technology-enabled learning solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, IT teams, business leaders, and external vendors in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Adaptability and Change Management: Comfortable leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new AI-driven tools and methodologies.
- Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Post graduation (MBA) degree in Engineering of any specialization.
- Overall experience of 5-8+ years in technology & L&D; background
- Robust background in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with developing chatbot or conversational AI applications for learning purposes.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration with AI-powered tools.
- Experience with Agile or other adaptive project management methodologies.

- Power BI Certification
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or equivalent
- Certification in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies (e.g.,
