Working Hours:
● Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Office)
● Saturday: Work from Home (WFH)
● Sunday: Weekly Off

About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing, with the ability to craft engaging campaigns that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,
and other platforms.
● Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos, maintaining brand consistency.
● Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms.
● Engage with followers by responding to comments/messages and nurturing community growth.
● Collaborate with designers, writers, and the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.
● Plan and manage paid social media advertising for awareness and lead generation.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
● Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative content strategies.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and tools.
● Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
● Excellent creativity, copywriting, and communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign management is an advantage.
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
