Job Description: Sales Representative – Vehicle Management Software
Position: Sales Representative
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Industry: Automobile Software (Vehicle Service Centre & Warehouse Management)
Location: Mohali & Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and direct sales meetings with service centres, workshops, fleet owners, and warehouses.
- Demonstrate vehicle management software features (service scheduling, billing, inventory, warehouse tracking, etc.).
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and on-ground activities.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, update CRM, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Act as the face of the company in Mohali & Chandigarh, building lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing (freshers and experienced candidates may apply).
- Must be comfortable with field work and direct client interaction.
- Experience in IT/software sales, SaaS, or automobile industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain software features in simple terms to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
