Profile Overview:
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Video & Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging videos and visual content.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Video & Content Creator to execute video production, from shooting to editing, ensuring high-quality content that attracts, educates, and converts our target audience.
- This is an execution-focused role — perfect for someone who is skilled in video creation, understands storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute video production tasks.
- Assist in storyboarding, filming, and editing videos for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
- Edit and adapt content for different formats and audience segments.
- Handle basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Organize and maintain the video library, assets, and equipment.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas.
- Support live shoots, webinars, and event coverage.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and techniques.
Core Competencies
- Video Production Skills – Hands-on ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
- Editing Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).
- Storytelling & Creativity – Ability to craft engaging narratives tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Motion Graphics & Design – Basic knowledge of graphic design, animation, and visual effects.
- Content Adaptability – Skill in optimizing content for multiple channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in video production and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement techniques.
- Basic skills in graphic design and motion graphics are a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Solid attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating past video work is required.
