**Responsibilities**:
- Should communicate with customers regarding their orders, payments & helping them with the information they need.
- Should coordinate with the other teams regarding customer requests & order information.
- Should help them in the return & exchange processes.
- Should communicate with them over mails, calls & messages.
- Should coordinate with Store & Customer support teams.
- Should act as a medium of communication between the customer and the product.
**Job Skills**:
- Should be able to politely explain to customers regarding the information they ask for.
- Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English.
- Should have a polite and pleasing attitude.
- Should be able to convince customers when required.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
