Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing Manager – Mumbai Location

Location: Mumbai (for mandate project in Pune East – Hadapsar)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Manager to build and manage a strong network of channel partners across Mumbai. The candidate will play a key role in activating and nurturing channel partner relationships to generate business for our mandate project located at Hadapsar, Pune East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners from Mumbai.
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel networks.




- Ensure consistent flow of leads and bookings for the Pune East project.
- Organize channel partner meets, site visits, and engagement activities.
- Monitor channel partner performance and ensure regular business generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth closure of deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / channel partner management.
- Strong network of real estate brokers and agents in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel as required for business needs.
