Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional driver to provide transportation services for our Managing Director in White Town, Puducherry. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, courteous, and capable of handling responsibilities with professionalism. The driver will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide safe and efficient transportation for the Managing Director to various destinations, including business meetings, events, and other appointments in and around Puducherry.
- Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic and road conditions in White Town and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and reporting any issues promptly.
- Uphold a professional demeanor, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Licenses and Identification:
- Valid driver’s license (original required for verification).
- Any additional government-issued ID for identity verification.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Professional appearance and demeanor (smart and well-groomed).




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Puducherry, particularly White Town.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., luggage).
- Background:
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Must pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an executive or personal driver for senior management.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and modern vehicle technologies.
